Finding your little corner of LiFELINE…

Dubai’s free feline blood donor network.
When a cat needs blood, finding a willing donor can take precious time. LiFELINE connects cat owners with approved veterinary teams and trusted coordinators, so help is easier to find.
Always free Always voluntary
A little willingness.
A lifeline for another cat.

LiFELINE began with Leila and the urgent search for a feline blood donor.
At three years old, Leila was critically unwell. She desperately needed a blood transfusion to save her life. Finding potential donors meant reaching out to contacts, friends and strangers on social media to try to find people who might be able to help, at a time when every hour mattered.
That experience inspired a simple idea: make it easier for veterinary teams and trusted coordinators to reach willing cat owners, with clear information and kindness at every step.
Registering your cat as a potential donor is a way to be there for another family when they need it the most. You do not need to know their blood type, there is never an obligation to go ahead with donation, and you always decide whether you can help. Your cat’s welfare comes first.
Never pressured. Always free. Saving one life at a time.
Healthy adult cats may be suitable donors. Common starting criteria include an age of around 1–8 years, a lean weight above 4.5 kg, and a calm temperament. Requirements vary: the veterinary team makes the assessment.
